NOTE:

 THE CHARGES ARE BASED ON THE PEOPLE ON DUTY THAT WILL RESPOND OR LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW, WHEN THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP THEM. IF MORE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE IS NEEDED THAN A  MINIMUM CALL OUT WILL GO TO 4 HOURS AND IS BASED ON HAVING TO CALL SOMEONE IN.
