Also, as a sponsor and participant in the East Coast Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen, AvDyne provides opportunities for disadvantaged local youth to gain aviation maintenance experience as paid summer interns. The BWI headquarters provides youth with a close and personal view of Aviation Maintenance in the workplace. Additionally, participated in the T.H.R.I.V.E. program for urban transitional aged young adults to obtain professional training on the path to gainful employment and a career that will provide financial stability. The company president, Jerome Hodge, personally provides facility tours and educational briefings for youth groups, community programs and churches.
